Building a Christlike Home with His Mercy and Grace

Ten Christian Bloggers you should be following.

(Updated Post 8/18)

Here, you will find Ten New Christian/Faith based Blogs. I highly recommend each and every one of them. I have read through each one and I personally follow them through various ways of social media.

On each blog I have witnessed passion and love for Christ through their writings. I have gained inspiration, insight, or a laugh from their witty humor…..

Each blog is differently unique. A wide variety is here for different personalities and preferences.

I decided to write this post because I realized sometimes as readers and as a writer, we can sometimes get caught up with just one book. One book is great, it’s always good to have that one book you can grab to read over and over again. But the downfall of it, is that we can be missing out on all the other great authors that have talents and gifts that can bring us humor, compassion, insight, or new understanding.

I love my first book of choice that always give me a warm cozy feeling when I read the encouraging stories over and over again; but what about the hunger we get sometimes to receive a laugh or some insight from a non-fictional character that can give us some wisdom from their experience?

Could I be missing out on this if I do not read other authors? Could I be missing out on something new to learn and grasp? Ten Christian Bloggers you should be reading. Share on X

We can also be doing this with Blogs as a reader and/or writer…..

Ten Christian Blogs you should follow. Christian Bloggers, Blogging, Ministry, Building a blog, Women Blogs, Mom Blogs.

As a Blogger, we are constantly writing new content; and as a Christian Blogger that is allowing God to use us, we are constantly reading the Word, praying, and seeking Him for the words He wants us to write.

On our blog, we may not be a author of a book or novel but we are a author of many posts that we pray will touch His people for His glory.

My personal preference has always been to follow bloggers that wrote about the Lord. I have a few favorites that I visit consistently. I love reading their content and to watch their blog grow as they serve wholeheartedly for the Lord. Although I started following a while ago, I still follow the favorites consistently but as I was becoming a blogger, my few favorites came to MANY favorites over night.

And now the new amazing thing I get to witness is all the gifts and talents that is out there serving the Lord; all the serving hearts that desire to spread His word.

I have had the honor to witness the Lord work in accordance with many bloggers. To come together to work in ministry. If I  was only reading my few favorites that I had long ago, I would be missing this. I would be missing all the different bloggers that is touching me in every area of my life.

For example: I am a follower of  Melanie Redd , I think she is a awesome teacher of His word. I also follow blogger  Alison Tiemeyer because of her simplicity and graceful writings. Recently they had just announced their collaboration they thought of during one of their friendly phone conversations that they have for prayer and to encourage one another as bloggers.

By reading their post of how their idea of the collaboration came together, I became encouraged as a writer and most of all as a reader. Two mighty women of God desiring to come together for the purpose of spreading His love and their love for others by creating a series for a 30 Day Friendship Challenge  was amazing to me.

I would’ve never looked for a post specifically on Christian friendship but by one day learning more and more of all the anointed Christian/Faith based bloggers, I learned there is so much to gain and learn from these great writers that take their time to seek Him first.

I hope as you go through each of these Blogs, you open your heart to receive the words the Lord led for them to write for you and me.

Woman of Christ is motivated, determined, and constantly increasing her presence with the Lord. Thank you for this informational post! Reading blog posts written by other Christians is always uplifting. It is good to know that others are loving Jesus as much as I am. Sometimes the world around us can begin to bring us down if we aren’t able to see that love for Jesus. Keep up the good work all of you and God bless you all.

Athena, I do know some bloggers that do this due to keeping privacy for their children and/or families and friends. I believe if this is what makes you feel more comfortable then you should. My prayer for you tonight is for you to trust the Lord and all that He wants to use you for through your writing. May you touch many hearts and may the Lord do a great work in you through blogging. Please feel free to contact me anytime with questions you may have about blogging. =)

Thank you so much for sharing this! I am always looking for Christian blogs to follow. As a Christian myself, though my blog not not strictly gospel based, I want it to have Jesus all over it. I want people to know that I am a true lover of Christ when they read my post even if the word Jesus isn’t mentioned in every sentence,
Now I’ve also discovered your blog. It’s Amazing

That is the best goal you can have. Although not every word will physically read Jesus, but feeling your Christ like love through your words so you can speak to many on many different levels is such a blessing for any Christian writer. Keep that vision and passion!!!
